Geic9 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & General Terms

When making a deposit, please ensure you use the correct amount and reference number. Incorrect information may delay the crediting of your deposit. geic9 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit for new members only. Each new member is eligible for this bonus once.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus amounts and wagering multipliers vary by promotion, typically ranging from 30x to 50x.
• Validity: All bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games. Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or multiple family members claiming a bonus from the same device, will be considered abuse.

Geic9 reserves the right to issue, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. If a member is found to have violated bonus terms, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on geic9 are powered by a fair RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by independent auditors. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed from within the game.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, geic9 will make a decision in accordance with standard policy.
• Any winnings or payments incorrectly displayed due to a software bug or system error will be voided by geic9.
• The dealer's decision is final in Live Casino games; however, clear errors will be reviewed.
• In Sports Betting, a bet may be voided if a match is abandoned or specific conditions are not met.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on geic9. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently closed:

10. Account Suspension & Closure
